Silicon carbide heating elements offered by us are non metallic heating elements used for high temperature applications. These heating elements are manufactured from silicon carbide and other high grade raw materials. The Sic heating elements produced by us can be easily installed in various high temperature furnaces and heating devices.

These heating elements consists of two zones namely hot and cold zones with high resistivity natures. Spiral structures are done in the zones and welded construction is also provided for different Sic heating elements. Sic heating elements are widely appreciated for its various features like low expansion coefficient, high resistance, stable chemical properties, high operating temperature, antioxidant nature, anti corrosive, durability and longer life. These Sic heating elements offered by us can work for continuous operation, supplying uniform heat and temperature.

The different types of Sic Heating Elements offered by us are given below:

• Reaction Bonded Single Spiraled Heating Elements: This Sic heating elements offered by are available in different sizes ranging from 12mm to 50mm in diameters and with the lengths up to 2250. These heating elements have the resistivity values up to 1.5 ohms.
• Three piece Sic Heating Elements: In this heating element the cold ends are welded to hot sections for achieving hot and cold specific ratio of 1:15. This element is highly economical and used in specific furnaces.
• Dumbbell Shaped Sic Heating Elements: This heating element is manufactured to keep the cold ends low in resistance. The resistance value of this dumbbell shaped is 1.70 ohms.
• U Shaped Sic Heating Elements: This U shaped heating elements are manufactured by connecting two alpha rod heating elements with welded construction. This Sic heating element is used for elements where single end termination is required.
